It’s time for the #DOswts417 Blog Hop, and today’s theme is a color challenge. I’ve chosen the online exclusive stamp set, Rhino Ready.
As you can see, I’ve used a bit of imagination and taken some liberties with color! Do you remember the movie Fantasia with the pink elephants on parade? I was having some fun with a pink rhino!
The rhino is colored with the Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend Marks but, because there isn’t a Garden Green Stampin’ Blend I pulled out my Garden Green Stampin’ Write Marker for the grass.
Here is a view of the inside of the card. The greeting is stamped on a punched 2 3/8″ circle and it is matted with a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper. The little corner closure is a 1 1/2″ square of the same paper, mounted onto a square of basic white then cut diagonally. It is adhered with Foam Strips to make a little pocket to hold the card closed.
