Hello! Today I’m so excited! Last evening I attend a swap and got a whole pile of cards using products from the new Mini Catalog. I’ve got some rolling into my mailbox as well, from another swap that I participated in. I wasn’t able to purchase many sets from this catalog (my dentist got most of my fun money for some crowns that had to be replaced:)

Kelly’s card features the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks which can be found on page 47 of the Mini Catalog. The greeting is from the Very Best Greetings stamp set and is on a banner made using the Stylish Shapes Dies. The Natural Wavy Trim is great for a fall themed card. The little Brushed Brass Butterflies remind me of the Monarchs that are busy in the garden now.

Kelly has even added a fussy cut flower on the inside of the card. These little touches make a card so special.

Mary Alice has created a fun gift card holder using the Rustic Crate Bundle. I love all the texture on this card. The All About Autumn Designer Series Paper really sets the fall mood. The Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots fit the theme perfectly too.

The texture on the background is created with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.

This is my second time creating this post, lol. I lost the entire thing when I tried to publish the first time. It got stuck in some auto saving mode. Why do I sometimes have to learn the same lessons over and over again. I’ve gotten so spoiled by these modern computers that I’ve forgotten the lesson learned so long ago in college…save…save…save. I know that I’ve forgotten SOMETHING that I shared the first time, grrr….

FYI Backorder: There are several items from the new Mini Catalog that are already out of stock. A sad sign of the times that we live in. I’d like to remind you that there are lots of items still available. If you can’t get the paper you want, substitute another and use the same layout or find a similar sized image from a different stamp set, etc… Keep a positive attitude and remember that a new path may be more exciting than the one that you planned to travel.
