Another day of posting from a hospital bed. The doctor wants to keep me another night. Today I’ve got another card from my Creative Cards Class. This one uses the Spanner Card Technique.

The gorgeous All About Autumn Designer Series Paper really becomes the star to this show. This paper is so darn popular that as soon as more comes in, it’s out of stock again! If you are waiting for it, the next batch is due in the week of October 23.

The side flaps are 1 1/4″ wide and are held in position with a window sheet spanner that is also 1 1/4″ wide. The pretty border with the ribbon threaded through it is from the Darling Details Dies and the greeting is from the Sending Smiles stamp set.

The final center flap lifts to show a greeting from the Very Best Occasions stamp set.

Once I get home and have both paws working, I’ll be making a video tutorial on this fun technique.
