Today’s card was made to honor my nephew a veteran who served in a tank. My friend Sandy had this stamp and I knew I had to borrow it and make a card for Tony. The stamp is a from Stampin’ Up! but I have no idea what the name of the set was or what year it was made. I still wanted to share the card and the appreciation for all veterans and their families.

To make the clouds and color the sky, I used the clouds from the Give it a Whirl Die set, cut the clouds out of Post-It Notes to create masks and then used Blending Brushes with Balmy Blue and Petal Pink to create the sky.

The tanks were colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers, Old Olive, Smoky Slate, Lemon Lolly, and Poppy Parade.
