Today’s card is another version of a card that I shared a few weeks ago. That card was done in pinks while this one is done in greens.

Notice the subtle coloring in the dots on the embossed background? They were created by using a brayer to add ink to the raised side of the Softly Stippled Embossing folder before running through the embossing machine. The ink washes off the embossing folder easily under running water for clean-up when done.

The image is created on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. The area behind the flowers is created by inking the Clear Block I with a Soft Sea Foam ink pad and then spritzing it with water before pressing it onto the Watercolor Paper. Let it dry a bit, then ink the leaf stamp, spritz lightly and stamp, repeat with the flowers. The more water added when spritzing the less detailed the image.
Paper Dimensions:
- Base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
- Color layer 3 1/4″ x 5 1/4″
- Embossed layer 3″ x 5″
- Color layer 1 7/8″ x 4 1/4″
- Fluid 100 paper 1 1/2″ x 4 3/8″
- Color layer 2 1/8″ x 7/8″
- Greeting layer 2″ x 3/4″

If you like the frayed look for end of the ribbon, simply use the pointed end of a Take Your Pick Tool, or a needle and pull the threads apart.
