Welcome to the Roost. Today I’ve got another pretty card using some heat embossing and some dry embossing with the Stippled Roses stamp set and dies.
Paper Dimensions:
- Daffodil Delight Base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
- Garden Green 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Daffodil Delight 3 3/4″ x 5″
The roses are first stamped with VersaMark ink on Lemon Lolly cardstock and then embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. The leaf sprig is done on Shaded Spruce cardstock also with Gold Embossing Powder. To give the area behind the roses a summer garden feel it’s embossed with the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder on Daffodil Delight cardstock.
There was an extra little rose embossed with Silver Embossing Powder on Basic White cardstock the added a bit of an extra touch inside the card.
The rest of the inside was left blank for room to write a nice note.
JUST A NOTE: Although the embossing powders are currently out of stock they will eventually be available again. At this time I don’t have a date but will let you know when I receive an update.
