Swap Card Friday

I think part of why they call us snow birds is because the trip back and forth is exhausting! We had a great trip back, visiting my husband’s cousin Tracy at her beautiful hobby farm in Mississippi and our friends Dan and Brenda in Pilot Knob Missouri. My son takes care of the farm while we are in Florida and he does a pretty good job, but his level of clean and mine aren’t quite the same so I’ve been busy cleaning the house and trying to find a home for all the ‘stuff’ that we came back with. OMG, I have TOO MUCH stuff! I haven’t had time to put ink to paper yet. I do however have some great cards by other stampers from the swaps I’ve participated in.

Karen has a pretty Fracture Technique card using the Lavender Designer Series Paper with Basic White and Lost Lagoon. Watch my Fracture Technique tutorial to see how this card is made.

This card by Malia is a perfect spring themed card! As I’m typing the sun is shinning and the grass is green. Birds are singing and flowers are blooming. I love how Malia has colored the next and eggs from the Everyday Details stamp set. The die cut circle is from the coordinating Everyday Details Dies. Malia’s greeting is created with the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder/Dies. Watch my Thoughtful Moments Video for more ways to use this unique product.
