Oh my gosh! I got a nice pile of cards done at my Stampin’ & Campin’ Weekend at my cabin. We had more food than we could eat in a week and probably enough stamping supplies for a month, lol.
Today I’m sharing a card made with the Lily Pond Lane Suite. Usually when I use this suite I focus on the ducks, but this card uses the cattail stamp and a greeting from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set.

I used the Cute Crochet embossing folder on the background layer and realized that I didn’t have any sponge daubers or blending brushes along, groan. Brenda to the rescue! I lightly sponged Boho Blue ink over the embossed image to make it stand out more.
I also didn’t have any ribbon that went well with the card…again Brenda saved the day with this Creamy Woven Ribbon. I’m putting a roll on my next order! It’s so super soft! The ribbon was attached to the Balmy Blue Stylish Shapes Die cut and then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the Pretty Peacock Die Cut.
The speckled strip is from the Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper which is part of the Lily Pond Lane Suite. I used every last Dappled Dot Gems, which are part of the Suite, so used the Sparkle Gems instead. Another item to add to the next order, lol.
I hope that this card will spark some ideas for you on different ways to use a stamp set other than the obvious.
