Happy Friday! Thankfully I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning even if I didn’t sleep well. I guess I can’t ask for everything, right? The grumpies are gone, the sky is blue, the weatherman says it’s going to be a top 10 weather day, and the kids are all going to be coming up to the cabin tomorrow.
Today I have a pretty butterfly card done in Night of Navy and Lemon Lolly colors created by Denise Quate.
The Sketched Butterflies set has 5 image stamps of butterflies and 5 greetings. The matching dies cut out the 4 large butterflies plus there are 4 more butterfly images. I love butterfly stamp sets! Do you have a particular thing that you find you purchase over and over again? Flowers, dogs, snowmen??
Denise has used the pretty circle dies from the Spotlight on Nature Die set to make the butterfly really stand out. The bottom layer is done with vellum and both the butterfly and Navy layer are adhered with dimensionals. The Cute Crocket 3D Embossing folder was used on the smaller Lemon Lolly layer for texture.
