Even though it’s 84° outside I’m having some cool fun with the Reindeer Fun stamp set in my air conditioned basement. I remember the days when we didn’t have air conditioning and truly do appreciate it. Though it is a bit unusual to need it in the middle of September in Minnesota.

This card was inspired by a challenge. The challenge was to use one of the 4 colorful ways outlined on page 51 of the New Sept to Dec Mini Catalog. For this card, I chose the Wonderland Wishes style using hues of pinks and plums. It was hard for me to stop and not add more stamping and doodads to the card, lol. These stamps and dies are so darn cute I want to use them all right now.
Card Dimensions:
- Berry Burst Base 4 1/4″ x 11″ Scored at 5 1/2″
- Bubble Bath Embossed Layer 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Pumpkin Pie Matte 4″ x 2 5/8″
- Reindeer Days Designer Paper 3 7/8″ x 2 1/2″
- Berry Burst Matte 3 3/4″ x 1″
- Basic White Greeting Layer 3 1/2″ x 3/4″

I did manage to get another die cut on the inside. The bells are colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers and then die cut. I love the nice big greeting for the inside.
The pretty designer paper on the envelope flap comes from the Unbounded Beauty DSP pack. It’s the back side of the paper, lol, if you can call it that. I didn’t put any of the SUPER COOL Real Red & White Adhesive-Backed Peppermints on this card because I can’t bring myself to open the pack yet. Do you ever have that problem? Actually, I only have 2 packs and just might be using one for a door prize at my Open House this Sunday so I didn’t want to open it.
If you live in the area, stop by and pick up a catalog, sign up for the door prize and do a make and take. You can find me at 3025 Vega Ave, Mayer, MN. I’m not in town but GPS usually finds me.
