Swap Card Friday

Today I’ve got a card from my friend and fellow demonstrator Kelly Cornelius Schudi with a technique that really shows off pretty designer paper!

This pattern of the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper is perfect for this layout! The card starts with a Night of Navy base that is 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Next, a piece of the DSP is centered on the base. The DSP is 8″ x 4″ and is scored at 2″ and 4″. The 2″ and 4″ pieces are adhered together. Then two labels are created with the Hexagon Label Punch and adhered half way on the flap. What an awesome way to show off this designer paper.

I’m so excited to be attending an online demonstrator event called Back Stage today and tomorrow. This event is for Silver Elite and above level demonstrators. Although I dropped back to the Silver level in October, I was able to register for the event when I was still a Silver Elite. Fingers crossed that with hard work and loyal customers like you I can retitle back to Silver Elite soon.
