Double Decker Christmas Card

This fun card combines two card bases for double the fun. A Z Fold car on the front adhered to a standard card base on the back.

The first half of the card is a Z fold using the Nests of Winter Designer Series paper on the front page and a Softly Falling embossed layer on the inside. The first base is 8 1/2″ x 5 1/3″ scored at 2 1/8″ and 4 1/4″.

This cute little mouse from the Christmas Friends Bundle is singing Christmas carols by his tree.

When the card is opened to the second half, a standard card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″, a polar bear gives a Beary Merry Christmas greeting with another panel of the Nests of Winter DSP on the back page.

Don’t you love the swag? This one of the ‘extra’ elements in the Christmas Friends Die set. By ‘extra’ elements, I mean that it is a die that doesn’t cut out any of the stamped images in the coordinating stamp set.
