Hello, Today I have a card with an owl. I have to admit that I don’t usually like owl images, some of them even seem creepy to me, but I like real owls and this one looks like a really nice owl. I’ve always struggled with shaker cards, usually dropping all of the sequins on the floor at least once. This shaker card uses a clear envelope to contain the sequins making it easier to put together.

All of the stamps except for the snowflakes come from the Christmas Friends stamp set. The snowflakes are from the Sweetest Star set.
Here are the measurements for the papers:
- Base 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
- Basic White 3 3/4″ x 5″ (2)
- Basic White 2 3/4″ x 4″
- Designer Paper 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″

The 2 3/4″ x 4″ piece of white was stamped with the tree and snowflakes then slipped into a clear envelope, sequins were added and then the envelope was folded over and sealed.
The plaid paper was adhered to the envelope with Stampin’ Seal +. The circle and label banner were both die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.
