Most Wednesday’s I host a Mystery Card Game on my Creative Chicks Facebook Group. This simple card has a die cut from the Storybook Moments Designer Series Paper as the focal point. It was actually a scrap from the pretty oval frame die from the Storybook Friends Die set.

This was last week’s sample card. A list of supplies is given and then hints to create the card. After all of the hints are given, the sample card is posted so you can see if your card looks anything like the sample. It’s always fun to see what everyone comes up with when they post their creations in the comments!
Here is the supply list for today’s card if you want to join in.
- Single line longish greeting. Either cut a strip of paper or die cut a label to match greeting
- 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ base scored at 4 1/4″ lighter color
- 4″ x 5 1/4″ cardstock in a bit darker color
- 3 smaller circles or die cut images (about an 1″ in diameter)
- 1 large circle or die cut image between 2 – 3″ cut this one from a pretty DSP or die cut an image and color (think bird, butterfly etc.)
- Gems, ribbon and dimensionals if desired
I hope that you will join along!
