Happy Friday! It’s going to be a quick one today because we’re heading out to Circle B preserve this morning for a walk in nature. I’m still debating camera or no camera. The darn thing gets so heavy but there are so many beautiful things to photograph…decisions, decisions.
Anyway, I’ve got two cards today featuring the Fruit Salad Designer Paper from Sale-a-bration. The patterns are so fun!
The first card was created by Karen Titus and features a greeting from the Bee My Valentine stamp set. The greeting actually says ‘you’re as sweet as honey’ but Karen has cut the words to fit and left off the honey. I like how she has fussy cut the strawberry and used it to replace the work honey.
This next card was created by Lee Ann Furness and features more circles (I love this layout!) punched from the Fruit Salad Paper. The greeting from the With You In Mind stamp set is stamped directly on the DSP. The bottom circle runs off the card and is trimmed, giving the feeling that the circles continue on. The background layer is embossed with the Starstruck Embossing Folder, another item that is Free with a $60 order during Sale-a-bration.
