Happy Presidents’ Day! Today I’ve got a birthday card for you created with the Delightful Wishes Bundle. The Floral Delight Designer Series Paper was the paper that my February Cards in the Mail Club was centered around and today’s card was one of the bonus projects. Each month’s kit contains 1/2 pack of the chosen designer paper, a pack of embellishments, a roll of ribbon and kits to create 8 cards, 2 each of 4 designs. Detailed instructions for the 4 four cards are included plus instructions for 2 bonus projects.
The floral image is stamped on a die cut from the Nested Essentials Dies in Lemon Lolly. The flowers are stamped with Craft White ink, while the branch is done in Pecan Pie and the leaves in Granny Apple Green. A Granny Apple Green matte has been die cut on two corners and then some flowers have been randomly stamped on it as well. This is layered over a Basic White matte and placed on a Lemon Lolly base.
A strip of the 1/8″ Daffodil Delight Ribbon was wrapped around the Granny Apple Green layer and taped on the back. The greeting is stamped in Pecan Pie and die cut with one of the Delightful Wishes Dies. Darn I die cut the greeting crooked, lol, this needs to be fixed before sending!
I really like when word dies have a matching shadow die! These were done in Granny Apple Green and Mossy Meadow. The Tiny Bee Trinkets were adhered with Glue Dots.
