Floral Birthday Card

Happy Monday! Today I’ve got a card made with three different stamp sets. The beautiful images from the Mixed Florals stamp set are combined with a birthday greeting from the Keeping Tabs stamp set, and an inside greeting from the Beach Day set.

We did this card at my Quick & Cute Cards class week and it was a hit. I think the ladybugs were everyone’s favorite. There are actually three ladybugs in different poses in the set. The coloring on these flowers was very easy, we used Stampin’ Blend Markers. A bit of Wink of Stella was brushed over the flowers, and three rhinestones were added for more sparkle. The image layer was die cut with one of the Perennial Postage Dies.

I love this greeting from the Beach Day stamp set! I’ve combined it with the single branch image from the Mixed Florals. After stamping the branch with Old Olive ink a Blender Pen was used to pull the color into the center of the leaves. It’s very subtle coloring and hard to see in the photo.

If you don’t already have the Mixed Florals Bundle (YES, it comes as a bundle with dies!) and you love flowers and coloring, I would highly recommend getting this set.

Thanks for stopping by at the Roost, hope you have a wonderful day.

Product List – I have included a link for the Mixed Florals Bundle. Please note that the Keeping Tabs set can be purchase as a Bundle with either a punch OR dies, and Beach Day set had dies which match.
