Swap Card Friday

Happy Friday! Today I have three really fun cards created by my friend Beth Stein. They all use the vibrant Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper from the January to April Mini Catalog.

Isn’t this DSP eye catching? The little star fish in a bright mix of colors is super cheerful. both the while label, die cut from the Nested Essentials Dies, and the lobster, die cut with the Ocean Friends Dies, are popped up with dimensionals. The embellishments are from the Sunny Day Iridescent Dots pack.

I also want to point out the cute way that Beth has decorated the inside of the card with more little starfish die cuts.

Our second card, has a sparkly seaweed element done with the In Color Glimmer Paper and the Oceans Dies. The Soft Waves 3D Embossing Folder adds some texture to the sand. A strip of the Peach Pie Bordered Ribbon divides the top DSP from the embossed piece, and the cute little fish resides on some popped up circles die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.

Don’t you love the rippled edges on the DSP layer on this card? They are cut with one of the Ocean Friends Dies. Beth carried the look over to the bottom edge of her greeting label too! With the two step stamps these crabs turn out perfectly no matter which colors you choose. Stamp the out line image and then stamp the solid image. Four of the seaweed die cuts make a great background for the crabs. I love the stitching on the edges of the seaweed.

I hope that you have been inspired by these cards made by my creative friend Beth.
