The fun greeting on today’s card comes from a new stamp set which is one of the Online Exclusives which will be available in May. The Paper Tags stamp set also has a matching Paper Tags Die set.
The card starts with a Basic White Thick base that is 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″. The next layer, is a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic Black, embossed with the Layered Florals Embossing Folder.
I love the Lemon Lolly combined with Basic Black!
The greeting is stamped with Tuxedo Black ink on the 3″ Lemon Lolly square which has the edges distressed. I’ve used a distressing tool, but the same effect can be achieved by pulling an open scissors blade along the edge of the paper. The three circles have been die cut with the Spotlight on Nature Dies from some scraps of Full of Life Designer Series Paper. A scattering of 5 Rhinestone Gems complete the card.
Inside are more strips of the Full of Life DSP and another greeting from the Paper Tags stamp set. This stamp was inked using Stampin’ Write Markers in Gorgeous Grape, Night of Navy and Berry Burst.
