Today I’m playing with the new In Colors and my top pick of stamp sets when I first saw the new Annual Catalog. The Peaceful View stamp is a single large rubber stamp.

I’ve paired it with greetings from The Right Words stamp set and the 2025-2027 In Color Designer Series Paper. I’m loving this paper! There are 4 patterns in the 5 colors. For these cards, I’ve cut one of each color 1″ x 3 3/4″. Then adhered them to a panel stacked from bottom to top: Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, and Cloud Cover.

These strips on the insides of the cards are the other side of the paper used on the fronts.

This card has a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White behind the strips. The greeting banner is die cut with a die from the Twisted in Time Die set. Crushed Curry ink was applied with a Blending Brush around the edges of the banner. The entire stamped image is popped up with dimensionals.

For this card, a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Secret Sea was used to adhere the DSP strips. This greeting label is from the Something Fancy Die set. Only the greeting is popped up on this card.

Secret Sea ink was used for all of the stamping. I did use a stamp positioner (Stamparatus) for stamping the large image. I also used a Secret Sea Stampin’ Write Marker to touch up the areas where the DSP met, as some of the lines didn’t stamp well. Rather than coloring in the areas, I used dots, like stippling to match in with the inked image.

Tips: Make sure that the DSP strips line up and the seams are pressed down well. The Secret Sea paper hid the lines better than the white. Use a stamp positioner to get a nice dark image. These were inked and stamped twice.
