Do I have any popcorn fans out there? I love watching movies and eating popcorn, especially at a movie theater. Today’s card uses the Poppin’ By Bundle and a new to me fun fold which I CASED from a reel by Katarinea Tarta. Her card was a 75 birthday card, which would have been great for my hubby’s birthday last month. But, I wanted to explore some more fun ways to use the Poppin’ By set.
Here’s a view of the front. I love the little box guy, gussied up with glasses and shoes! To get the yellow popcorn and red box, two images were stamped and then the popcorn was trimmed off and adhered to the red image. The white popcorn cut outs are created with the dies from the set. There are three popcorn dies, each with an insert to create the little lines inside to give some dimension. The outline dies can also be used to cut out the stamped popcorn pieces.

- Poppy Parade Base 5 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ scored at 1/2″, 2 5/8″, 6 7/8″, & 9″
- Poppy Parade Strip 2″ x 10″ scored at 2″, 4″, 6″ & 8″
- Floral Delight DSP 4 pieces 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
- Floral Delight DSP 4 pieces 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″
- Basic White 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″
- Basic White 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Basic White for stamping
- Basic Black for die cuts
Here’s another variation of the same card that I did in a video tutorial using black paper instead of the designer paper. It was embossed with the Timeless Plaid 3D Embossing Folder.
