Jolly Delivery One Sheet Wonder

Would you like to try making a set of One Sheet Wonder cards with me? Join me on my Facebook Page on Friday Sept 5 at 6:30 Central Time. These cards were created during a demonstrator event and they challenged us to share this idea with others.

See the list of supplies to have on hand at the end of this post. Come ready to create or just watch and decide if it’s something you want to try.

Each card in this series uses some type of technique. This card has Designer Series Paper (North Pole Delivery DSP) with extra coloring added. Here I’ve used a Light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Marker to color the windows. The greeting is stamped on a banner die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.

This card was one of my favorites! A Blending Brush was used to cover the entire DSP with Pecan Pie ink. I love the nostalgic look. Matte Dots and a little owl from on of the two sheets of die cuts included in the North Pole Delivery DSP decorate the greeting banner. This banner was created with the Stylish Shapes Dies. If you are a Harry Potter fan, I bet this will make you think of Hedwig.

The technique for this card was Fussy Cutting. The buildings were fussy cut, but I cheated a bit, the dog and sleigh are one of the die cuts included with the DSP. The banner is a die cut from the Party Banner Dies and the edges have Pecan Pie ink added with a Blending Brush.

The Plaid Embossing Folder adds some texture to the background while the Charming Shimmer Dots add a little shine on the greeting banner.

This card has a greeting which is done with heat embossing. Another optional technique. The back side of the DSP pattern with the building was mailboxes and it was WAY too busy to use for the strips, so I chose a pattern from the Adventurous Sky DSP.

Did you have a hard time getting the cute Peppermint Embellishments last year? When they finally came back in stock I ordered a bunch and they work great with this Suite.

The bear image is colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers. I almost had a ‘fit’ when I couldn’t find the die to cut him out. It ended up sticking to the back of my phone (like it was a magnet). Boy was I happy to find it!

I’ll have to admit this one was way too busy for my taste. I pulled in a strip of DSP (the green banners) from another pattern of the same North Pole Delivery DSP but even that didn’t tone it down.

The technique for this card was to stamp the greeting onto a piece of the DSP but I skipped it in favor of a neutral Very Vanilla piece.

This card has a stamped background. It also has a greeting stamped directly onto the DSP. It doesn’t show on the photo but the snow on the DSP has been brushed with Wink of Stella to make it shimmer.

Again, join me on Friday, September 5 at 6:30PM Central Time to create another 6 cards using this One Sheet Wonder Pattern. Robyn’s Roost
