This beautiful card was inspired by a swap card that I received from Amy Rich, which I post a couple of weeks ago on my swap card Friday post. Her card featured the cute Squirrel, but I’ve picked some pretty pumpkins from the Amber Autumn stamp set.

The designer paper used on this card is from the Gathering Together DSP pack. I love the foil accents! I can’t decide which is my favorite DSP for fall this or the Autumn Toile, both are so pretty.

A 3″ circle is cut using the largest circle in the Stylish Shapes Dies to use for under the focal image. After adhering the DSP to the front flaps the same circle die is used to cut the partial circle from the larger front flap.

I love experimenting with colors. During class my customer, Paula, used Cajun Craze instead of Pumpkin Pie for the pumpkins and I really liked it. I also outlined the entire image with Smoky Slate on this second card.
