A Little Cheesy

Yesterday was a productive stamping day! There are four images in the A Little Cheesy stamp set and I decided to make a card using each image. The cards started with a 2 1/2″ square of Basic White paper. I’ll be sharing two of the cards today and the other two tomorrow.

Here the name sake of this stamp set is the star of the show. The cheese on the central layer was stamped with Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Light and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Markers. The cheesy greeting is also stamped on this layer and it is layered on an Early Espresso matte that is 2 3/4″ square. My first plant was to add another layer of Daffodil Delight behind the cheese but instead the cheeses were stamped directly on the card front in Daffodil Delight.

Both of today’s card use a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Basic White Thick base scored at 4 1/4″

My next card features the Chocolate Chip Cookie image and matching greeting and is layered onto a 2 3/4″ square of Evening Evergreen. This card has a 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer of Lovely in Linen Designer Series Paper covering the cover.

The cookie is colored with Light and Dark Crumb Cake with Dark Neutral for the chips.

Although the A Little Cheesy stamp set is no longer available, these card layouts could work well for other similar sized images.
