It’s time for some more great inspiration from the STARS! I’ve been enjoying the gorgeous fall colors right outside my door and everywhere I drive, so I decided to do a fall themed card.
This pretty card came together quickly with the little oak leaf, pine cone and acorn. I used a sponge dauber to ink the edges of the squares with Early Espresso ink. The Cinnamon Cider bow is attached with a glue dot. These images are all done with 2-step stamps. The outline is one stamp and the fill in is a second stamp. I used the same color for the outline and the solid stamp for each image. Experiment with stamping off for the solid stamp. When I stamped them full strength it seemed too dark and the outline image was lost.
I did add an extra layer to my card that wasn’t on the layout. It just seemed to need a little something more.
