Have you ever lit one of these white gas lanterns? They have a little mesh bag for a wick that disintegrates at a wrong touch. It takes skill to actually light one. This is coming from a woman who does know how to strike a match but prefers a light switch, hahah…
The inspiration for the colors on this card came from a challenge that is happening in my demonstrator group for this month.

This card fulfills the requirement for pin #4. The members of my Hollywood Stamping Chicks team are also members of the DOstamperSTARS team and can take part in all of the challenges and fun events. If you think this is something that you would enjoy participating in contact me and I would be happy to answer any questions that you might have.

I chose to use Cinnamon Cider (my favorite!), Misty Moonlight, and Bumblebee for my 3 2020-22 In-Colors to combine for this masculine card. I used the 6″ x 6″ In Color Designer Series Paper from page 150 of the Annual Catalog. These paper stacks are available in each of the Color Collections (Regal, Subtle, Brights, Neutrals) plus both sets of the In Colors. Each year there are new patterns. This year during Sale-a-bration one of the perks for purchasing a Starter Kit was to get a complete set of these paper packs. On this card you can see 2 of the 4 designs. I toyed with the idea of coloring in the globe of the lamp, but ended up leaving it uncolored. What do you think, colored or plain? The ribbon that I used is Bumblebee to stick with my color theme. I did use dimensionals to adhere the lantern.
Here are the paper dimensions if you wish to recreate this card:
Cinnamon Cider 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
Misty Moonlight 2020-2022 In Color DSP 3″ x 5″ (I like using 3″ pieces so that I can get 2 cards out of each piece)
Bumblebee 2020-2022 In Color DSP 1 3/4″ x 3″ Plus 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ for inside (okay, I splurged on this one!)
Basic White 1 1/2″ x 3″ and 2″ x 5 1/2″ for the inside
Bumblebee Ribbon 4″
