Do you ever make a card and it just doesn’t ‘feel’ right? Off balance? Wrong color combo? Can’t put your finger on it? That’s the way that I feel about this card below.

To create the pansies, I did the first stamping full strength, then stamped two more pansies without reinking for all of the layers of each pansy. I think that the ink colors are Pale Papaya, So Saffron and Mango Melody, but I was throwing ink every which way last week when I was creating cards for the DOstamperSTARS online event. This card didn’t make the cut and I didn’t write down the ink colors (I was going to remember, hahahah). The centers are definitely Cinnamon Cider.

So I decided to try outlining the pansies to see if that balanced the card, and I’m still not sure. What do you think?

To outline the pansies, I used a black journaling pen.

Some of the pansies have a Genial Gems center, I just love the Genial Gems embellishments!

So, let me know which you like better, outlined or no outline?
