Happy Friday! The Designer Series Paper Sale is coming to an end. Are you all stocked up? Today I thought I would show you some swaps that I received using three of the papers that are included in the sale.

This Sweet Symmetry card starts with a base that is a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Soft Succulent. The next layer is a 5″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Bumblebee. Next is a folded piece of Thick Basic White 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ scored at 3 1/4″. The white folded card is covered with the 4″ x 2 3/4″ piece of Sweet Symmetry Designer Series paper, layered on a 4 1/4″ x 3″ matt of Night of Navy. The Elegant Tag Punch was used for the greeting from the In Symmetry stamp set and it is topped with a bow of Bumblebee Gingham. Fun!

Sue’s Bloom Where You’re Planted card uses just a 1 1/2″ x 4″ strip of the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Paper that really adds a punch to the card. The centerpiece is the flower pot die cut with the Perfect Plants Die set, stamped with the Plentiful Plants stamp set. The pot is popped up with dimensionals and a piece of Linen Thread is knotted around it. This card has a similar layout to the Sweet Symmetry card above. The base is a flat Cajun Craze 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and the folded part is Cinnamon Cider, 5 1/4″ x 8″ scored at 4″. Another unique fun fold card!

Kelly’s In Good Taste card is another unique card fold. It also starts with a flat 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Early Espresso. Then a 2 3/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Early Espresso is scored at 4 1/4″ and wrapped around the card base. This piece is covered with a 4″ x 2 1/2″ piece of the In Good Taste Designer Paper.

There are 5 layers decorating the front of this card! It starts with a 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ die cut from the Scalloped Contours Dies. Followed by a 2 5/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of Sahara Sand. The Basic White stamped layer is 2 1/2″ x 4″.

The greeting is stamped in Merry Merlot ink onto a Basic White that is 1 1/16″ X 3″ and flagged on the ends. It is layered onto a piece of Merry Merlot that is also flagged on the ends 1 1/8″ x 3 1/2″. Below the greeting is a bow of Early Espresso Suede Trim.

The stamp set is the pretty Shaded Summer found on page 75 of the annual catalog and guess what?? There is a matching die that can be earned for FREE on page 13 of the upcoming Sale-a-bration catalog! Score!
