Summer is over and fall is here! Let’s see what I have for fun fall themed swap cards to share with you today!
This card made by my good friend and fellow Hollywood Stamping Chicks team member. The Nuts About Squirrels stamp set is perfect to get in the fall spirit! The set has two fun squirrels in the two-step style, so no need to color, just a simple stamp to fill in the colors. The squirrel on this card is popped up and some circles created with the Layering Circles Dies (which are a must have for serious card makers). The Early Espresso background is embossed with the Painted Textures 3D embossing folder. I love the way that Sandy placed the greeting label on the Linen Thread to make it look like a banner and the bright leaves add just the right touch of color.
Bev’s card also has a fall feel to it with the textured Bark 3D embossed layer and the torn You’re A Peach Designer Paper. The flowers are from my current favorite stamp set, Nature’s Harvest. I love the way that Bev has added color to the flowers with Blending Brushes. If you aren’t a fan of coloring, Blending Brushes are AWESOME!!
