The image is colored with Watercolor Pencils and then a Blender Pen was used to soften and even out the color. Stampin’ Up! has two different assortments of Watercolor Pencil. The pencils coordinate with the Stampin’ Up! inks and papers making them easy to work with and combine with other supplies.
