I’ve posted several cards made with the Grassy Grove Bundle but most have been with the large silhouette die cut from black cardstock. This card takes on a much brighter look with the large die cut done with white paper.
The deer, grass and some of the trees have been stamped and die cut then added in the foreground and background of the card. To get multiple colors on one stamp, tree trunks and green leaves, simply carefully ink the stamp with two colors. The greeting is stamped on the card.
Both the background and the trees have been colored with Blending Brushes. Use a large post-it note to mask of the bottom area when coloring. It was hard to get the ink in the exact place that I wanted it but I think a bit of brown trunk blended into the green leaves looks fine.
Paper Dimensions:
- Basic White Thick card base 11″ x 4 1/4″ Scored at 5 1/2″
- Basic White 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ for large die cut
- Basic White scraps for trees, deer and grass die cuts
