Tulip Fields

We just said goodbye to our son and his family as they headed off to the airport to return to Minnesota. The boys first regret was that they didn’t get to swim in the pool twice in one day, lol. We had a wonderful, busy few days while they were here and all 7 of us managed to fit in our camper!

This bright and cheery card makes me happy to see and I need a bit of energy today! Actually, I think I will take a nap today to recover from the last few busy days.

I really like this simple layout which I CASE’d from hello demonstrator Susan Burch. Paper Dimensions:

  • DSP: 1″ x 4″ and 1″ x 1″
  • CS 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″ and 1 1/8″ x 1 1/8″

The windmill is inked with Pale Papaya ink and the greeting is stamped right over top with Tuxedo Black. The sequins are really easy to use, they come with adhesive backs. I do like to use the Take Your Pick Tool to scoop them off of the sheets and add to the card.

To echo the front, a strip of Pale Papaya border leaves was added.
