Today’s cards celebrate fall in honor of the weather.

Lisa’s card features the Painted Pheasant stamp set done in fall colors; Soft Suede, Cajun Craze and Very Vanilla. The Silver Threaded Twine I a bit thicker than I envisioned seeing it in the catalog. The Cajun Craze layer has been embossed with the Leaf Fall Embossing Folder. *Leaf Fall Embossing Folder is FAVORITE!

Susan’s card also features the gorgeous Leaf Fall Embossing Folder done on Cherry Cobbler. The leaf image is from the Soft Seedlings stamp set and is stamped on Basic White and die cut with one for the squares from the Stylish Shapes Dies. The Crumb Cake matte is cut 1/4″ larger than the square. The card is completed with a Cherry Cobbler base and some Brushed Metallic jewels.

The final card today also features the Soft Seedlings stamp set. Sandy has used multiple colors of ink to stamp the leaf. I’m not sure how she applied the two colors but just guessing that she stared by inking the entire image with Crushed Curry and then used a sponge dauber to add Cajun Craze to the tips of the large leaf. This card has lots of lovely layers creating depth. The card starts with an Early Espresso base. Next is a 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer of Crumb Cake. After that comes a split layer, with basic white at the top which has been stamped with the seed whirligig images, and the bottom half is a piece of the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper. Each of these are 3 3/4″ x 2 1/2″. A strip of the Natural Finish 7/8″ ribbon is layered over the point where they meet. The image layer is matted with a 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Crushed Curry which is popped up with dimensionals.

Sandy even stamped on the liner on the inside of the card.
I hope that this creative card inspire you to make some masterpieces of your own! I know that I always find inspiration in the swap cards that I receive and love to share them with you.
