With the cold and wind outside, I thought today would be a great day to share the snow themed cards that I received.
Just look at the beautiful detail on this snowflake image! The Snow Crystal stamp comes as a single large stamp. Sandy has stamped the image on the edge of a a Deckled Rectangle Die cut.
Sandy has placed the snowflake on a fun fold base with the snowflake element hanging over the edge of the short cut card front.
Carrie’s card features the Frosted Flurry Dies which are only $13.60 now for the Last Chance Sale. Wow, that’s only a little over $1 per die with 12 dies in the set! The card features a mix of stamped die cut snowflakes and images stamped directly onto the background. The Joyful Flurry stamp set has 5 greetings, 4 snowflakes and a background fill image. The white background layer is embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
Terry’s card is a slim line size card using the Brightest Glow stamp set and Twinkling Lights Dies. I love the way Terry has added the pointed matte layers under the greeting to give the card movement. The snowy background is created by using the back side of the spotted design from the Snowflake Specialty Vellum. The snowflake is die cut from white glimmer paper with under layer of gold foil. This card is very elegant.
The final card today is cute and whimsical and features the Snowman Magic Bundle. This cute set has 29 stamps and 21 dies for almost endless creating possibilities. Lisa has teamed the snowman up with a panel embossed with the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder.
Even if you live where the weather isn’t snowman ready, I hope that these wintery cards will put you in the mood.
