Today it’s time for another STARS Challenge! The DOstamperSTARS are a team of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators headed up by Dawn Olchefske. The theme for this hop is SALE-A-BRATION and I’ve chosen to use the super cute Adorable Owls stamp set.
This Fold Back Pop Up Technique is one of my favorites, especially for cute critters! I have two videos showing this technique but using different products, Fold Back Pop Up Awesome Otters, and Fold Back Pop Up Shark Frenzy
Each Owl is colored a bit differently to give them individual character, using Stampin’ Blend Markers.

- Blushing Bride Cardbase 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 2 1/8 & 4 1/4″
- Happy Forest Friends Designer Paper 2 pieces 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
- Happy Forest Friends Designer Paper 2 pieces 2″ x 2″ cut diagonally
- Calypso Coral 2 pieces 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″
- Calypso Coral 2 pieces 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ score 1 piece diagonally and cut 1″ off a tip parallel to the score
- Basic White 3 pieces 2″ x 2″ for stamping the owls
- Basic White 3/4″ x 2″ for greeting
