This fun fold card was inspired by Cindy Brumbaugh and uses the Gone Fishing Bundle.

The card starts with a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Lost Lagoon base. The Very Vanilla folded part is 5 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 1 3/4″, 3 1/2″, 7 1/2″, and 9 1/4″. This is centered onto the Lost Lagoon base.

There are 3 sets of fish from the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper that are 3 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ and are adhered onto Lost Lagoon layers that are 3 3/4″ x 1 3/4″.

One fish panel is adhered to the center of the left side and the other two fish panels are adhered to the right side on the top and bottom. The fish panels on the right will hang over the top and bottom just a hair so that all three fish panels fit on the front.

A die cut banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies holds 3 die cut fishing lures. The banner is adhered to just the center fish and helps to hold the other fish flaps closed. The lures are stamped with Wild Wheat and Calypso Coral. The Wild Wheat is a nice gold color. A piece of Linen Thread is adhered to the dies to make them look like they are tied together.

Some little greetings are pulled in from the On the Ocean stamp set. The Happy Birthday on the bottom right front, and the You Are A Treasure on the inside. The inside bobber is done in the same Wild Wheat and Calypso Coral colors as the lures on the front. A mask was cut from a post-it-note before stamping the water, which is done with Lost Lagoon ink and was stamped off first before stamping on the card.

I’m hoping to get in some lake time this holiday weekend! Hope you have a great weekend too.
