Yesterday I got a chance to sit and play with my new Countryside Corners Bundle. It’s extra special getting to play with a gift compared to a set that I’ve purchased myself. I felt like a kid with a new Christmas present! I’ve got a bunch of cards to share with you this week.
I think of this card as a classic example of the Countryside Corners Bundle. With a Boho Blue base, Night of Navy matte and Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper.
The Countryside Corners stamp is a large background stamp. Part of me would like to cut the stamp into separate outlines, but I know myself and I would muck it up and wreck something if I tried that, lol. A blending brush was used to add a shadow behind the greeting.
The greeting was created with a new hybrid embossing folder/die set called Thoughtful Moments. There are two of these fun hybrid folder which take a die in the January to April Mini Catalog. The other is heart themed. There is also a new tool to use with them, a brayer, perfect for evenly inking across an embossing folder.
