This fun card uses items from the Lily Pond Lane Suite of Stampin’ Up! products. Watching ducks in a pond or lake is a relaxing pastime and this greeting seems to fit the scene and would be perfect to send to a friend that I like to spend time with.
Most of this scene is created with the Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper, but two of the ducks are die cut and one is also stamped using the Charming Duck Pond stamps and dies.
The large duck in the corner is stamped on Smoky Slate cardstock with Smoky Slate ink. The feathers are done with a second stamp (two-step stamping) with Pecan Pie ink and the bill and feet are done with a third stamp in Crushed Curry. The big duck is adhered with an Action Wobble purchased from Amazon, so he wiggles a bit.
The little duckling right in front of the big duck is created completely with dies. One part is cut out of Smoky Slate and the outer is cut from Peach Pie cardstock.
If you look at the top of the above photo you can see the back of the Wobble. The inside has another two-step image of a cattail bush stamped in Pecan Pie and Granny Apple Green.
