I hope you had a good weekend. On Saturday I got to spend all day crafting with a group of women at our annual Hobby Day Event. Well, I did spend quite a bit of time talking and then we did eat too. I got a ton of photos cropped and mounted for my grandkids scrapbook pages. Of course I forgot my white paper to use for journaling so didn’t get a single page completely done, lol. I’ll be sharing the make and takes that we did this week.
Today I’ll start off with the one that I designed using the More Than Autumn Bundle.

The card was a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from one that Rhonda Wade created. I did change it up a bit. Everything was die cut first because there was no way I could die cut all the little pieces at the event. The marshmallows seemed to be the one that people had trouble lining up. I think because the grid paper was white and it was harder to see.
The ribbon was wrapped around the inside of the card so the ends met in the middle on the card front. The layers covered up the ends and it could even be left a bit short to save on ribbon.

Here is another version of the card, which I might be using for my card class. This version has some score lines to create dimension under the leaves.

Thanks for stopping by at the Roost. I might be a bit MIA in September. The weather is awesome, the yard needs getting ready for winter and the house needs fall deep cleaning (because I don’t even have time to dust in the summer). But, I love fall colors and fall cards so hopefully I find time to keep stamping!

(Here’s a little secret about me, I’m a hoarder who can’t let go of any stamp sets, so the stamps in the boxes might have tears on them.)
