More Accordion Fold Cards

Did you see my Accordion Fold Card that I created for my grandson Bryson’s 15th birthday? By the way, he passed his written driver’s permit test on his birthday and he’s pretty excited.

I had so much fun creating the Accordion Fold Card that I did one at my class and could just keep making these babies! The only downside to them is that they are a bit thick for mailing (darn postage is high enough already without the extra charge!).

I pulled out some retired designer paper that I was saving for just such a card and found my Sweet Strawberry stamp set with the Strawberry Builder Punch to coordinate.

On the inside you can see the added items created with the Strawberry Builder Punch.

I even created a dozen of these using the Lilies of the Valley set for swap cards for the Creative Connections Demonstrator Event.

Each 12″ x 12″ sheet of designer paper will create 2 cards so I had a variety of patterns.

The inside of each card used the same pattern as the paper on the outside.

And included a butterfly from created with the Butterfly Flight Hot Foil Bundle and a die cut Lily from the Lily of the Valley set.

You can watch my Waterside Retreat Accordion Fun Fold Tutorial to see how to make this card design.
