The Noble Peacock Designer Series Paper makes a great background for this Winter Wishes card. I have several friends who don’t celebrate Christmas but I love to send everyone a card and this Winter Wishes greeting is great for them. I colored in the laces with the Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Write Marker and added some retired bakers twine bows. The foil skate blades add even more shine.
