The Young at Heart Stampin’ Up! stamp set isn’t really a Christmas set but I thought that adding a Christmas greeting from the Itty Bitty Christmas set would make for a fun Christmas card for some of my girlfriends.

The fun frame is created with Heirloom Frames Dies and 3D Embossing Folders. The foil that I used is the retired Lovely Lipstick, but any foil would work for this technique. I didn’t care for the color and wanted to tone it down some so I tried using the copper embossing powder. To add the embossing powder to the frame, rub the 3D embossing folder with VersaMark ink before placing the pre-cut frame into the 3D embossing folder. After running through the Big Shot, sprinkle with embossing powder and use a heat tool to melt the powder.
