This elegant, lacey card was actually quick and easy to create. The flowery lace background is a piece cut from 12″ x 12″ Laser Cut Designer Series Paper. I just used some liquid glue and added it to the larger areas on the flowers to adhere to the card base. The Gold Foil layer is cut with one of the Detailed Bands Dies and took only seconds to cut out. The Oval Die is included in the Detailed Bands Die set so cutting the Petal Pink oval was quick work as well. The greeting is from a retired set, one of my favorite for Mother’s Day. Wonderful Mother.

For the inside of the card, I used the Artisan Textures to create an antique look. This card is going to my daughter, a wonderful mother of 2 active boys. I’ve used Petal Pink, Gray Granite and Crumb Cake for the ink colors.
