This is my Grandma and Grandpa Shark set of cards. They didn’t make the cut for the video How-To that I have created for the STARS event. I would love to get this grandma card from one of my grandkids.

Grandma Shark starts off with a pretty Purple Posy card base that is 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″. The Whale of A Time designer paper waves is cut to 2″ x 5 1/4″ and matted with a 2 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ layer of Bermuda Bay.
Granny is stamped onto a scrap of white card stock with Tuxedo Black ink and colored in with Coastal Cabana ink. It’s really fast to color these sharks with the 2-step stamps and the clear photopolymer stamps make lining up the images pretty slick.
Granny has some Poppy Parade lipstick and Petal Pink pearls. Her hat, glasses and purse are stamped on separate pieces of white paper and then die cut and added to granny shark.
Granny is added to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the greeting is stamped with Bermuda Bay ink.

Grandpa Shark’s card is flip flopped and has the designer paper on the opposite side. His piece of Whale of a Time paper is a fun school of sharks. The dimensions are all the same as Grandma Shark’s. Grandpa is filled in with Smoky Slate and he has a stamped monocle. He has a cane, hat, mustache and bow tie that are die cut separately and added.
The card base is Mint Macaron and the words are done in Pacific Point.
Be sure to watch all the videos on Saturday for lots of creative ideas including some more Shark Frenzy cards.
