Swap Card Friday

It’s time to showcase some creativity by some of my fellow demonstrators. These are cards that I received in a couple of card Swaps that I participated in. To me the best thing about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is all of the wonderful friends that I’ve made over the years and card swaps are one way of meeting new people and getting to know them better.

Berry Delight SAB by Nichole Winkleman

Nichole has used both the Sweet Strawberry stamp set (with matching Strawberry Punch) and the Berry Blessings Sale-a-bration stamp set which comes with the matching Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper. The bottom layer is designer paper but the middle layer with the greeting is all stamped. I love the way that she has built up the layers of paper for lots of interest.

Sweet Strawberry swap card by Rose Paulus

Rose has used the Sweet Strawberry stamp set and matching Strawberry Builder Punch for this luscious card. I love the way the checkered designer paper from the Berry Delightful Sale-a-bration pack reminds me of a summer picnic.

Berry Delightful DSP by Susan Burch

Susan’s card used another design of paper from the Free Sale-a-bration Berry Delightful paper pack. Isn’t this paper just wonderful? The greeting comes from the Berry Blessing Sale-a-bration stamp set. The Berry Blessings stamp set and Berry Delightful paper come as a bundle and are one of the $100 rewards during Sale-a-bration. Sale-a-bration sends February 28, so hurry to get your orders in.

Dawn Olchefske

I think that I may have shared Dawn’s card before, but it fits right in with the others that I’m sharing today with the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper so I thought I would share it again. Like Nichole’s card Dawn has used both the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper and the stamps. I love the way that Dawn used just the ‘fill in’ stamps without the outline to make the blackberry on the greeting layer match the blackberries on the designer paper.

Vero Beach

I just had to share one of my beach pictures with you. The beach was closed for swimming yesterday due to sharks and high waves but we still had fun watching the birds and soaking up the heat.
