Sometimes a nice big sentiment is just the thing for the front of a card and the Sunny Sentiments stamp has some greetings that are perfect to use as a focal point on the front of a card.

The greeting is stamped in Tuxedo Black ink onto a piece of Basic White card stock and die cut with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies ( about 3 1/2″ x 2 1/4″). The next larger Stitched Rectangle Die (about 4″ x 2 1/2″) is used to create a Matt of Gorgeous Grape.

The little flower sprig is from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set (July to December Mini Catalog which is available to order starting August 3) and is colored with Highland Heather and Granny Apple Stampin’ Blend Markers. It is die cut with the matching Harvest Die set.

The Mercury Acetate layer is cut 5″ x 3 3/4″ and was adhered just in the area under the label. The card base is a 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Highland Heather scored at 4 1/4″.

I’m out the door and off to the first day of the Wright County Fair in Howard Lake Minnesota. I actually entered 3 cards in the open class competition this year.
