This fun card combines the Counting Sheep Sale-A-Bration stamp set, the Sale-a-bration Sheep Dies, the Playful Alphabet Dies, and the Stitched Rectangles Dies. Whew! let’s call this a die cutting card! As I’m writing this the Sheep Dies are dangerously low on inventory and once they are gone, they are no longer available. But, heck a scissors and some fussy cutting would work too.
To add some shadowing to the sheep, use a Light Smoky Slate or Gray Granite Stampin’ Blend and color the hash lines on the image plus the legs that are in the background. Color the hooves black and add a bit of black to the nose.
The inside is decorated with a die cut balloon, also from the Sale-A-Bration Sheep Die set and a strip of a different pattern of Sweet Symmetry paper than what was used on the card front for the frame. I’m a frugal crafter and I like to use my scraps wherever possible.
