Today’s swap cards share some fun stripes.

This bright birthday card by Carrie McHale uses the 2021-2023 In-Color Designer Series Paper cut into 3/4″ strips to create a cheerful background for the birthday greeting which is from the Biggest Wish stamp set, stamped onto a panel die cut with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. This card shows just one of the 4 designs on the 2021-2023 In-Color Designer Series Paper. These paper packs are easy to over look in the catalog. Each year they have new designs. They come in 6 different packs, one for each color family and the 2 current In-Colors.

Cathy’s card uses the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration selection. The Sale-a-bration event ended on September 30 but if you were lucky enough to snap up a pack of this paper, this is a great way to use it! Missed out on the Sale-a-bration paper? Use strips of colored cardstock to create the same look. It’s a great way to use up some scraps too!
