Now that I have a granddaughter, I thought that I would create a Halloween card in some more girly colors. Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather work perfectly with the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper colors.

All of these little critters and pumpkins are hand cut from the Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper. Aren’t they AWESOME! I even used a half pumpkin from the edge for the pumpkin stack, actually that’s what gave me the idea to stack the pumpkins. Can’t waste these cute guys! The greetings are from the Cutest Halloween stamp set and aren’t they even more fun when they pop out on the W Fold strip?

The card front is very quick and easy to put together. The Cute Halloween Designer Paper does all the hard work, lol! I chose the design with lots of pink in it to echo my chosen colors.

The trickiest part is gluing the W strip to the inside of the card. Add liquid glue to the area between the edge and the first score line on both sides of the strip. Center them and align with the outside edge of the card. Close the card, making sure that the center of the W fold is popped up. Burnish well to get the folds all creased where they belong. Then add the fun panels by centering between the score lines. Add the adhesive to W fold strip rather than the panels.
