The star of this card is a fun background stamp, filled with candy canes! Large background stamps can be a bit intimidating to use, but with a few simple tips they are easy to manage. Lay the block down with the stamp facing up, hold the ink pad over the stamp and add ink that way. If you have trouble holding the large block, leave the block on the table and lay the paper onto the block, cover with a piece of typing paper and rub to transfer the ink. Experiment a bit to see what works best for you.

The Candy Canes are stamped onto a piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White which is then adhered to a Thick Basic White card base that is 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Scored at 4 1/4″. Two tags are cut from the Tailored Tag Dies, both the same size, one in Real Red and the other in Basic White. The fun greeting is from the Holly Jolly Wishes and is stamped in Real Red. Finish off with a bit of red ribbon.
